Natividad Verdejo-Perez, MD
Dr. Natividad Verdejo-Perez is the medical director at Pacific Family Medicine. She graduated with honors from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras and received her medical degree from The University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine. She specializes in Family Medicine and has been practicing for over 30 years. Dr. Verdejo is affiliated with most of the local hospitals in the valley.
Dr. Verdejo is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a published author, writing fiction novels, and has received a literary award in the Annual Contest of Spanish Department, UPR. She is also a designated civil surgeon authorized by the USCIS to perform medical examinations for green card applications. Dr. Verdejo has been a preceptor at Grand Canyon University, preparing health care providers to serve the community. In addition, she has been involved in scientific research and is actively involved in patient education, community programs, and healthcare student mentorship.

Seilly Cabrales, PA
Seilly Cabrales is a compassionate Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience. Originally trained and licensed as a medical doctor in Colombia, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Del Norte University and completed extensive clinical training in pediatrics. After moving to the United States, she transitioned into the Physician Assistant role, where she continues to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. Seilly has an extensive background in pediatric care.
Seilly is also fluent in English and Spanish. In her free time, Seilly enjoys spending time with her dog, Jupiter, going to the beach, taking dance classes, and going for long walks—activities that keep her energized and balanced outside of her clinical work.
